I visited Diehl of Beaver Falls to turn in my lease. Spencer Green was very friendly and informative about my new vehicle. He explained everything and keep me updated throughout the process. I forgot to give him the spare key to my old lease and delivered it the next day. He answered questions I had about the new vehicle very thoroughly. I would lease another vehicle from him again.

This may seem like an unorthodox review because (due to my financial situation) we were not able to make a deal. However, I wanted to say that working with Spencer along the way - which was handled all online as I'm 2 hours from the dealership - was fantastic. He was very responsive, friendly and quick to answer all my questions. I'd recommend him for anyone looking to pickup a Kia and thank Diehl Kia of Beaver for their time. :)

I absolutely love this dealership And my 2023 Kia I bought off the floor back in 2023. From purchase to service this dealership has gone above and beyond to keep my Kia running smoothly. Kirk McConnell in the parts and service department today was so helpful and informative on all the services that would be preformed. Mike Davis was the technician working on my car and he did a fantastic job getting my car running to superb performance! The car is always clean when I pick it up, which is another great bonus! Not to mention the amazing shuttle service, so I dont have to wait at the shop. They will drop you off and pick you back up when your vehicle is ready! By far the best dealership I’ve dealt with. Donovan Jones was my salesman and he patiently worked with me as I tried to achieve buying a brand new telluride at a cost I could afford and he did just that!
