I’m a firm believer that there is always room for improvement, but our experience at Diehl Kia of Beaver came incredibly close to a perfect 5 Star. They have a fantastic selection. When we arrived, Hugh was in the middle of reorganizing the lot after some rough weather—clearly no small task—yet he still took a moment to offer us a hand. We really appreciated that he gave us space to look around without any high-pressure 'swarming.' Once we were ready, Hugh provided 10/10 service. He really knows his stuff, especially regarding the Telluride’s extensive tech features. He even shared his personal number so I could text him questions while we cross-shopped other brands, which was a huge help. In the end, nothing compared to the Telluride. We returned two days later, got a great deal, and the entire purchase process was as easy as possible. If you’re in the market for a Kia, definitely stop by and ask for Hugh.

I bought a car at Diehl Kia today and as much as I hate the process it was very very smooth. It started a few days ahead when I had been searching the internet for a car and called the dealer and Tom was absolutely amazing . He helped me through all the ones I was looking at. And we set up an appointment and he made the entire process absolutely awesome. He even got my registration done and called my insurance company for me. He also came out to the car and showed me how to work all the new gadgets. The experience was wonderful. If you are looking for a car, used or new, call Diehl Kia and ask for Tom. We visited at least five different Kia dealerships, and Diehl Kia of Beaver was by far the best to work with. Not only did they give us the lowest price, they beat every other offer by over $1,000. They never pressured us to purchase add-ons we didn’t need or want, and they worked with us on the cost of the features we did choose. The 10-year/100,000-mile warranty was another huge benefit that made the decision even easier. We drove just under two hours to buy from this dealership because the service was that much better. Buying a car is a big decision, and feeling confident that you’re getting a fair price brings so much relief to what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re incredibly glad we chose Diehl Kia of Beaver.

Only have 152 miles on the vehicle so far, but at this point still happy with my selection and the vehicle. Did notice the mpg is significantly lower due to the extreme cold weather.

Great experience overall! I really appreciated that they arranged a ride for me to get to the dealership to pick up my car — that truly took the service to the next level. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I spent quite a long time at the dealership. I arrived a little after 1 PM and didn’t drive off the lot until around 6 PM. I also still haven’t received my second key yet. However, the dealership has stayed in contact with me since my purchase, which I appreciate. So far, I’m enjoying my Kia and I’m thankful for all the assistance I received during the buying process.

Kirk was such a great salesman, he was very kind. The general manager Mike was also very kind. He broke down the payments and warranty with you in his office. They both made buy a new vehicle so easy and no stress. They answered all our questions. Kirk even came out in the freezing cold to show us details in the Kia. I highly recommend them.

I drove a total of 20 hours (add a little more actually because of traffic) to buy my new (to me) Bronco Raptor. I normally hate going to Sealerships but Diehl!! Is a HELLUVA DEAL! Quite literally everyone I worked with, especially Spencer ,who helped me as the sales rep, was no pushy, very GENUINELY friendly and caring. They even went the extra mile when they were detailing it and noted some small defects and let me know, showed me pictures, and helped out on out the door price with it. I wish this dealership was closer to me, only because I would refer all my friends and family to them! (I still have)

Great deal, very smooth. Bob Willard was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. One small issue, I was advised that if I financed my car thru Kia I would get a $$$$ rebate but when Kia turned down my finances I was not offered any type of a rebate from the dealership. That was the only issue I had. Very happy with the my salesman. They will get my return business and I will refer anyone that I know who is looking for a vehicle.
