I bought a 2023 Kia Forte from Diehl Kia of Beaver. The GM Mike Anderson was great to work with . He had my trade-in value and the new car approved for financing, before I even left my house to come down. This made the purchasing of a new car smooth, quick, and transparent. My salesman was Damien, and he was very polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make my experience enjoyable. He even called me right away, that night, to let me know I left my garage door opener in my trade in . I was still in town, so I was able to come back and get it . If he did not call me so quickly, I would have had to make an additional trip there, and my schedule is very busy and it would have been hard to get back there. Thank You to everyone who helped me. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them as well. :)

My wife and I recently got our car towed there for a recall for our 2013 kia Sorento and they’ve been very helpful and kind especially because we couldn’t get the car there on scheduled time they still worked with us it’s definitely just the small things I’m hoping great things hopefully we’ll be back in it soon definitely bringing it back though very amazing people and i didn’t even meet them in person yet!!!!

BUYER BEWARE OF DECEITFUL SALES PRACTICES! This dealership will advertise a “Diehl Price” on their website that is, in the words of their sales rep, them “losing money to earn someone’s business.” They’ll then provide a trade-in offer. When that trade in offer isn’t good enough, they will counter-offer a higher trade in value (with a commensurate increase in sales price). When you call them out on this, they’ll “honor” the sales price, literally lowering trade in value back down. Their “competitive offers” are truly deceptive, and they will talk down to you multiple times after you’ve said you’ll pass on the offer. Ironically, our family recently purchased a vehicle from another dealership that we trust, that warned us of this sales tactic. I’m blown away that it’s actually done. So there are no questions on the legitimacy of this review, see attached screenshots. First shows the online-price of the vehicle, inclusive of $2,755 in discounts (plus a pop-up offering an additional $500 off). They offered me $16,000 for my trade. Second shows the increase to $18,000 for my trade, but only $1,000 in discounts. Third shows them “honoring” the $23,000 sales price, with the commensurate drop back to $16,000 for trade-in value.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. After being jerked around in the past and dreading the car buying experience my views have changed. Kirk McConnell and Dave in finance were fantastic. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to head to Diehl. You will definitely get a great deal.

Diehl Kia of Beaver may be a bit of a drive from the city; however, their customer service and Diehl family perks make it completely worth the drive! Spencer went above and beyond to get me a maximum return for my trade-in and worked extremely hard at getting me the lowest possible purchase price! If you’ve purchased a vehicle from a Kia dealership in the South Hills and have had a horrible experience like I did…… You should drive to Beaver and trade in your vehicle for a piece of mind!

Worst service experience ever! Kia carnival power sliding door is broken and they are not able to fix it in two appointments spanning close to 4 weeks. We have to keep making appointments with a month out for the same issue that they are not able to fix every time. There is no communication from the advisors as I had to keep calling for an update.

I had been looking online for a new car for about a month before I went to Diehl KIA. A few days before I went I got preapproved at my bank for financing because I wanted a new car before the inspection in the old car ran out at the end of the month. The sales associate Spencer was great. He took the time to show me the car I was looking at without an appointment. The guy in finance was awesome and was able to beat my pre approved rate from the bank by 1% and get me at the payment I wanted. I love my new KIA! Thank you Diehl KIA!!

Buying a car is not my favorite thing. I was calling around to different dealerships looking for a particular vehicle and trying to get a fair price. Most dealerships refuse to discuss price and negotiate remotely. Not Diehl of Kia. They were very upfront with pricing, and we negotiated a fair price on a lease via text in just a few exchanges. I drove from Pittsburgh to get there and completed the entire transaction in 30 minutes. They had everything ready, there were no surprises, and they didn't try to upsell me anything. Would highly recommend. Damian Southwick was my sales associate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent with communication. Would buy again.
