Buying a car is not my favorite thing. I was calling around to different dealerships looking for a particular vehicle and trying to get a fair price. Most dealerships refuse to discuss price and negotiate remotely. Not Diehl of Kia. They were very upfront with pricing, and we negotiated a fair price on a lease via text in just a few exchanges. I drove from Pittsburgh to get there and completed the entire transaction in 30 minutes. They had everything ready, there were no surprises, and they didn't try to upsell me anything. I had been looking online for a new car for about a month before I went to Diehl KIA. A few days before I went I got preapproved at my bank for financing because I wanted a new car before the inspection in the old car ran out at the end of the month.
